About the role

WeWork India is seeking a Growth Ops Associate to help enable and assist its sales efforts. This role will be part of our Sales and Growth Organization. The candidate will play a critical role at the HQ, interfacing with different teams and functions surrounding the Growth organisation across the country. This individual will support critical insights, processes, systems, and tools across the organisation to drive efficiency and results. 

Goals and Objectives

    • Assisting the India HQ team on business planning, strategy, and special projects
    • Execution of projects and reports related to analysis and measurement of progress towards OKRs and key org goals
    • Assist with Pipeline Management and Sales Forecasting to drive growth
    • Building dashboards via Salesforce and BI tools (Looker/Salesforce) to track, manage and provide insights on KPIs (progress towards OKRs)
    • Contract uploads & management of manually executed agreements on WeWork systems
    • Trouble-shooting & assistance for teams across India - basis their specific data or systems-related requests
    • Data & presentations for business reviews and growth initiatives
    • Training the larger Sales & Community teams to drive processes that improve results throughout the organisation

Experience and Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Science or Mathematics (3-4 year degree). A Master's degree is not mandatory for this role
    • Minimum of 2-4 years experience in supporting a wide rage of projects (preferably cross-functional in nature)
    • Strong work ethic with an analytical mindset oriented towards problem-solving 
    • Ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguity
    • Comfort in handling CRM tools (Salesforce) and knowledge of data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau would be a value-add (not mandatory)
    • Working knowledge of Excel and exposure to learning analytical tools 
    • Strong team player, acts as an owner and ultimately focuses on delivering results with high standards
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and good follow-through
    • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
