About the Role 

The Security Systems Associate is part of our Security Team and is responsible for assisting Lead Security systems by providing support for the provision of holistic security and risk management services at WeWork locations. The Security Systems associate helps support in- day to day physical security systems and technological security. The main responsibilities involve day-to-day administration and maintenance of multiple systems including access control, CCTV, Keycard management, service management systems and ticketing software. 


Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Manage the regional security helpdesk ticketing system as per defined ticket SLA 
  • Assign access cards/tools to new employees and support staff/Vendors 
  • Generating Key-card Access reports whenever required 
  • Performing daily Security systems Audits as scheduled e:g CCTV Audit & Access level Audit 
  • Maintaining inventory of keycards across all buildings and providing Onboarding support for employees and support staff 
  • Supporting in downloading footages in case of investigations as per laid down protocols 
  • Conducting reconciliation of vendor keycards as per pre-defined timelines 


Experience and Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in security systems & Operations in a corporate environment  
  • Experience in electronic surveillance systems - CCTV, Access Control, Biometrics, Intrusion detection etc
  • Hands-on experience on access control software like S2 Netbox, Video Management Software and Salesforce Service Cloud  including  installing, programming, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of  help desk applications and service management software 
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office & Google applications is mandatory. 
  • Understanding of IT networking concepts (IP addresses, MAC addresses) is mandatory 
  • HigProcess-oriented, High level of attention to detail and strong professional communication skills
