Sr. Lead, Performance Marketing

We’re hiring a Sr. Lead, Performance Marketing to join WeWork India. The ideal candidate should be passionate about running display, paid search and social marketing campaigns, ad testing and optimizing the conversion funnel.

Questions you frequently ask yourself include: What users should we be targeting in marketing? How can we reach more of those users? How do we optimize the marketing message (creative assets and copy) to achieve the desired results? What is the value of those users and how do we get more value from them? Where do additional opportunities for growth exist?

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and execute campaigns across paid social, SEM, display & programmatic channels
  • Manage relationships with agencies responsible for paid social, SEM, display, programmatic, content marketing and media buying to ensure marketing goals are met.  Work with key vendors (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn) on beta opportunities, test design, and opportunistic partnerships
  • Work with the design team to develop creative content in the form of both paid media assets and landing pages for use across paid media initiatives
  • Set measurement plans for each campaign objective by the market in collaboration with our data and analytics team.  Analyze web trends, site conversion rates, and ad campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Work with data and analytics team to compile internal reporting on a weekly and quarterly basis for all paid media initiatives. Communicate results both verbally and visually to management.
  • Ensure all campaigns are set up properly, handling all tracking links, and QA ad placement.  
  • Align with internal sales stakeholders to manage lead flow to hit sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years media buying and execution within an agency or progressive brand with a focus on geo-targeted campaigns and direct response campaigns
  • A solid understanding of web analytics methodologies with the understanding of conversion funnels, optimization techniques, and bid management.
  • Experience with tracking tools/techniques such as UTM parameters, cookies and Doubleclick
  • Hands on experience with managing Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills: Pivot Tables, Forecasting, Chart Building
  • Software Skills: Doubleclick, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Data Visualization (Looker or Tableau).
  • Flexible attitude, appreciate that the competitive landscape is constantly evolving and able to adapt approach accordingly
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate self-starter qualities and to research performance issues and formulate tangible solutions.
