Senior Associate, Regional Business Development

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prospect: Identifying, target and nurture potential outbound opportunities. Understand the prospect’s business and what possible pain points WeWork can help solve. Use tools such as Lusha, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Scrapp, etc to source contacts of key stakeholders.
  • Outreach: Generating new opportunities using outbound tactics (email sequences, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.)
  • Qualify: Gain a deeper understanding of the prospect through conversation; determine BANT and any potential objections. Provide a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction. 
  • Providing Product expertise to Potential New Members and drive sales through lead generation.
  • Drive lead management by keeping meticulous records of interactions with leads on Salesforce.
  • Help to build scalable demand generation campaigns based on data.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in the process of lead generation and lead management.
  • Working collaboratively with sales, marketing and growth ops to utilise the insights you learn from prospects to make improvements


Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 1- 2 years of sales experience.
  • Track record of sales in cold calling and emailing are helpful
  • Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM – Salesforce experience highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in prospecting, developing, and handoff sales
  • Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable
  • Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality
