Ancillary Revenue Product - Services or offerings other than the company's primary product/offering

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Front-end the Ancillary revenue product Sales process as the first point of contact for all prospective leads interested in our ancillary products at our buildings
  • Explain the ancillary revenue product or service to potential customers while communicating the WeWork brand
  • Manage end-to-end inquiries for the Ancillary products including negotiating and invoicing.
  • Develop and nurture leads through sales processes, marketing campaigns, and advertisements across various platforms to ensure the highest conversion rate of closed transactions
  • Deliver scripted event sales pitch and customize it, wherever needed, to meet the needs of specific individuals
  • Schedule appointments for community staff to meet prospective customers
  • Strategic pipeline building for priority buildings/markets
  • Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
  • Analyze data to help improve event sales processes and strategy
  • Work on maintaining data hygiene on the Sales CRM Platform (Salesforce) to efficiently track data
  • Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet growing event sales targets
  • Overall OKR split: 50% Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., outreach, social media, business development, etc) 25% Existing events pipeline management 25% Inbound lead management

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Min. 4 yrs of relevant experience (preferably sales) 
  • Knowledge of MS Office and G-Suite applications
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills 
  • Experience in prospecting and developing sales including outbound calling and emailing 
  • Exceptional organization skills to deal with copious amounts of data 
  • Prior experience in customer service and relationship building is preferred
  • Experience in working on Sales CRM Softwares like Salesforce is an added advantage
