About the role

WeWork India is looking for a resource to join the Integrated Pricing Team which is a part of the Finance Department. The Pricing Lead will be responsible for contributing to the revenue & product strategies that enable the growth trajectory of the organization.

This role is integral to the larger growth plans and strategic ecosystems at WeWork India. It is primarily centered around how WeWork manages its assets - right from the early stage of sourcing & development through the entire lifecycle. Further, the role also offers exposure to the new Products and strategies launched at WeWork - with the opportunity to shape the future of all product offerings.

This would also be an opportunity to play a critical role at the WeWork India HQ, interfacing with different teams and functions across the country. This individual will support critical insights, processes, systems, and tools across the organisation to drive efficiency and results. 


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for pricing for WeWork India across the spectrum from assets to transactions to any other product offerings planned. 
  • Work as a partner with the Real Estate team to price assets and to identify next growth locations/markets
  • Ideate and strategise revenue models and pricing frameworks for new Product offerings
  • Bring to the table a Design Thinking mindset with the ability to experiment and arrive at conclusions based on data
  • Understand cost structure and ensure Pricing P&L represents accurate costs and margins
  • Assist the India HQ team on business planning, strategy, and special projects
  • Ideate and iterate conceptually pricing methods and frameworks employed 
  • Provide market intelligence inputs and stay on top of relevant trends in the Commercial Real Estate industry relevant to the business

Experience and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Science or Mathematics. 
  • 4+ years experience in a Business Finance or Pricing role or a function focused on revenue optimization/monetisation.
  • Knowledge of real estate underwriting and experience in analysing RE transactions desirable but not a must. 
  • A deep understanding of P&L, revenue recognition, cash flow, DCF, IRR, NPV and other relevant metrics for financial modelling
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams and external business partners
  • Strong team player, acts as an owner and ultimately focus on delivering results with high standards without compromising on integrity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and good follow-through
  • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
