Lead, Sales

, ,WeWork India is seeking a Sales Lead to help lead its sales efforts and will be part of our Sales Organization. The self-driven and self-motivated candidate will be responsible to pitch, tour, and close sales in all WeWork locations across their market.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound lead management, lead generation, and prospecting (i.e., cold calling/outreach, social media, networking, events, etc.)
- Existing sales pipeline management and report sales progress
- Work on generating specific deal proposals and partner / collaborate with other support functions (New Member Development, Community teams, Client Solutions, Product team, Business Development team, Broker Partnerships Team, Account Management) to ensure successful closure of requirements.
- Run the entire sales process, from qualification to move-in
- Develop sales strategies to form meaningful relationships with CXO’s and other business leaders to bring in new clients and grow existing accounts.
- A proven track record for high-level negotiation and successful relationship management
- Strong team player, acts as an owner, and ultimately focuses on delivering results with high standards
- Touring and demonstrating WeWork locations and business solutions with potential members
- Flexible to travel across the city for scheduled / ad-hoc tours and meetings
- The individual will be carrying monthly, quarterly and annual quotas
- Working with cross-functional teams on improving our internal processes and communication. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop the sales strategy
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience - commercial real estate sales/hospitality / selling a service / Enterprise SAAS experience a plus
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- B2B business solutions experience a plus
- Business Development experience a plus
- Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships
- Ability to penetrate new markets
- Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and challenging market conditions
