About The Role 

We are looking for responsibility, design freedom, and the hunger to create amazing spaces and revolutionize the definition of workspace. The role includes designing both standard, custom and managed WeWork locations. We are searching for an MEP Revit Modeller who will be responsible for drafting/modelling MEP services on REVIT with proficient knowledge on MEP design calculations, DBRs & SLDs. Should be able to coordinate with WeWork Architects, incorporate site-related TDD inputs, Clash coordination & release of GFC dwgs to site. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Technical expertise in Software Tools-Revit MEP, BIM 360, AutoCAD MEP and Navisworks Manage. 
  • To ensure all stages of dwgs from Critical set to Tender set to GFC set to As-built are properly categorized and saved on Autodesk/Procure( in collaboration with the PMC, Cost controller & T&C representatives at the site.) 
  • Proficient in Revit MEP modelling (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting) and Coordination of services 
  • Revit MEP Services drawing and Coordinated Drawing Creation 
  • Preparation of Revit MEP BOQ 
  • Navisworks Clash Detection, Resolving the clashes and Coordination
  • Knowledge of different LODs 
  • Well-versed with collaboration tools like BIM 360 and Bluebeam 
  • Navisworks Coordination and BIM documentation (Modelling, Clash Detection & Drawings Creation) 
  • Design Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting 
  • Proficient on heat load calculation, piping designs, Electrical load calculations, Developing the concept level design with DBRs & SLDs, Water demand calculations, all MEP equipment selections
  • Knowledge of Revit Dynamo programming/Running the scripts added advantage
  • Manage project work- modeling and detailing
  • Ensuring the relevant QA procedures are followed
  • Design, document, and execute multiple simultaneous high quality projects, by collaborating with all internal and external teams 
  • Maintain High documentation standards, both internally and externally by QCing external consultants' deliverables and submissions 
  • Mentor the team and ensure that the desired levels of quality and accuracy are maintained uniformly across team deliverables 
  • Open to site visits across India 

Education and Desired Qualifications:

  • BE/Diploma in Mech/Electrical from a reputed institute 
  • Certificate course on Revit & Navisworksfrom a reputed institute.
  • 4 -6 years of professional MEP modelling experience in high-quality commercial or hospitality projects. Mixed-use residential, cultural, and institutional experiences also will be considered. 
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding high-quality design 
  • Ambitious, out-of-the-box thinker 
  • Interest in rule-based design refined over multiple iterations 
  • Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented 
  • Some demonstrable experience in design documentation in a BIM(Revit) Workflow
  • Ability to invoke applicable building, accessibility codes, and zoning in the design scheme 
  • Excellent decision-making skills 
  • Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude, but open to feedback 
  • Highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner 
  • Strong time management skills 
  • Excellent organizational and ‘people’ skills 
  • Proficient in the following programs: Revit,AutoCAD, all things Google, Exposure to BIM 360.
