About the Role:

As a Junior AV Engineer Intern, you will be part of our dynamic team, contributing to the
operational support and maintenance of audio-visual (AV) equipment. Your role will involve
troubleshooting, configuration, and ensuring seamless communication through video
conferencing systems.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Documentation related to audiovisual (AV) inventory, stock reports, and
  handover/takeover counts using Gdoc.
• Conducting building walkthroughs, addressing break-fix issues, coordinating with
  vendors, and collaborating with other teams.
• Responsible for monitoring and updating the ticketing system under the supervision
  and guidance of a senior engineer.
•  Serve as the primary point of contact for all audiovisual (AV) and network
  infrastructure matters in the NCR region.
• The senior engineer will provide comprehensive training on the existing infrastructure
  tools that we utilize within the organization.
• We are seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic about learning new technologies,
  implementing new monitoring systems, and automating day-to-day tasks.
• The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of video conferencing
  infrastructure and protocols, including WebRTC Signalling, H.323, TCP, UDP, and
  RTP.

Experience and Requirements :

• Relevant degree (Diploma or bachelor’s degree)
• Full time Diploma(3yr) in ECE or EEE
• Full Time B.Tech(3-4yr) in ECE or EEE
